Junibangai Kappa Genki Ichi (Japanese page)

An open-air market with vegetables, live flowers, fish, eggs, and prepared side dishes.  The market includes sales of items such as freshly fried “gane" (crab-shaped fried sweet potato and vegetable mixture) and free “genki jiru" (pork soup).

Kumasonosato Yorozu Ichi (Japanese page)

With the concept of promoting healthy agricultural produce, the Kumasonosato Yorozu Ichi offers local specialty products.  The special traditionally dried rice (nishidake kakeboshigome) is exquisite.  Come on out and try some delicious local foods!

Kanbashira Park Flea Market (Japanese page)

Many people of different ages and selling various products come out for this open-air freestyle flea market.  It's a fun place to take the whole family and your kids can enjoy playing in the park, as well.
